  1. Banana Mango Green Smoothie Bowl

It’s difficult to surpass how nutritious and delectable this miracle bowl is with kale, mango, microgreens or alfalfa sprouts, hemp seeds, and almond milk. You can also top this smoothie bowl with fresh raspberries for an added antioxidant boost.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup mango, diced
  • 3 handfuls of baby kale, or spinach
  • ½ cup milk (cow’s milk, almond milk, oat milk, etc)
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  • handful of ice

To make:

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the desired toppings. I used sliced ​​mango, honey, hemp seeds, and red russian kale sprouts in this recipe.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

The combination of sweet orange and banana with the zing of lemon is a beloved addition to many a fruit bowl, but these superfoods also taste wonderful in smoothies. Add to this, the goodness of spinach, and you have yourself the perfect green smoothie.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional)

To make:

  1. To make blending simpler, peel and slice the oranges.
  2. Blend the spinach, coconut water, and orange till smooth.

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add extra blueberries if you desire.
