Ingredients

  • ½ cup papaya cubed, skin and seeds removed
  • 5 baby carrots
  • 1 Florida Orange rind removed
  • 1 cup 2% Florida milk

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients into your favorite blending device and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Add ice before blending for a thicker smoothie.

  • 1 cup Florida milk I used 2%

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in your favorite blending device and blend until smooth.

Strawberry Moon Milk


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

  • In a blender, mix all the ingredients. Pour the mix in a small saucepan.

Heat until the milk is steaming and just about to start simmering. Pour into a mug, and enjoy!
