Healthy oats banana smoothie is a super breakfast item that could be included in your diet if you are looking to shed some extra kilos. Here is the recipe.

4 tbsp oats
3-4 dates
1 cup milk
1 medium-sized banana
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Soak oats and dates in milk for 10 minutes
Take this soaked mixture, banana and peanut butter in mixer jar
Blend well
Pour the smoothie into a glass
Garnish with some flax seeds or almond flakes for that extra nutrition.
